When I have no openings, I don’t keep a waiting list because I can't predict when a spot will open. This avoids delaying clients from getting help elsewhere.

I have over 20 years of professional experience working as a therapist. I am also a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, which ensures a high standard of care. Please note that I only work with clients aged 18 and over.
